Inner Circle Rules and Regulations - Kane

These are the Inner Circles rules and regulations. Please take note that much of the rules refer mostly to the 1st Degree Members. 2nd Degree Members must also follow the rules. Failure in following rules will result in a "downgrade" towards your Rank, and/or Status.

1.) Voting:
Four or more members must be present in order to vote. Each of the voting members rank must be "Normal" or higher in order to participate in voting.

2.) Tournaments:
In order to participate in IC-Tournaments, each participating member must offer one or more YGO cards as a prize. The card is inspected by at least 4 of the participating members. In addition, every IC-Tournament must have at least 4 members participating in order for it to be considered a IC-Tournament.

3.)Basic Rules:
Inner Circle follows all Konami Official Card Game Rules. (This includes M1 banned cards.)

4.) Trades:
Any cards received in an Inner Circle Trade may not be traded away to anyone else other than another member of the Inner Circle. If a card is traded away, the member rank falls by one. The status shall be set to "Probation" until further notice.

5.) "Restriction of Chaos II"
The original "Restriction of Chaos" rule (Not posted on this site. Don't worry about it anymore.) is now null and void.
The following cards are banned from ALL Inner Circle Tournaments:
Chaos Emperor Dragon - Messenger of the End/Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End
Chaos Soldier - Messenger of Creation /Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of Beginnings

6.) New Members:
In order for Inner Circle to have new members, Inner Circle must vote whether the new member is accepted into the Inner Circle. The president may offer anyone one week of free membership without voting, but that member must have his/her status set as "Probation" during that one weeks time. If that member does not get accepted through voting within that one weeks time, that member is automatically discharged. That member may not be offered free membership again by the president.

7.) New Rules
When the president or vice president produces a new rule, Inner Circle must vote in order to accept the rule. (This is excluding the default rules which have been pre-set.)

8.) Banned Cards
These cards are banned from all decks at all times. No excuses:
The Warrior of Obelisk/Obelisk the Tormentor
The Saint Dragon of Osiris/Sl*fer the Sky Dragon
The Winged Divine Dragon of Ra/The Winged Dragon of Ra

I'm sorry to say, I have dealt with these cards way too often.... so the punishment will be harsh.  Any member caught with these cards in their decks will be punished with their rank set as "V.Low" and their status set as "Still playing with kids toys." u_u;

9.) No EZ Win 4 U
The following cards are banned during Tournament Play:

Sealed Exodia/Exodia the Forbidden One
Ouija Board/Destiny Board
Final Countdown to the End/Final Countdown

If your going to ask, yes, only the head, and yes, only D/F is banned from the tournament..... go ahead, use the arms, legs, and E-A-T-H/I-N-A-L letters.  We don't care.  -Zero

Note: The Inner Circle has never had any 2nd Degree Members before this point in time, and as a result, there might be more rules in order to clear up any confusions you may have. As new cards come out, expect rule changes.

Inner Circle reserves the right to approve, accept, or discharge any rules by approval of the president and/or majority vote of 1st Degree Members.
