Card 4: 5/3
Red Eyes Black Dragon/Red Eyes B. Dragon
Dark/Dragon/7/2400/2000
[no effect]

Pros:
-Dark and Dragon, meaning many cards can be used with this card
-Can be used in 2 fusions: w/Demon Summon/Summoned Skull and w/Meteor Dragon

Cons:
-Is level 7, meaning 2 sacrifices
-Has only 2400 attack points
-Has no effect, meaning it is at a disadvantage.
-Cannot be searched by either Critter/Sangan or Black Forest Witch/Witch of the Black Forest.

When a card like this was new, it was still the weaker of the 2 tribute normal monsters.  Blue Eyes White Dragon straight-out tops this monster like it was nothing.  With the attack of only 2400, it comes at a big price.

A single Demon Summon, Android Psycho Shocker/Jinzo, or even a Demon King of the Underworld- Hades/Dark Ruler- Ha Des are still stronger then the REBD, and still only need 1 sacrifice.

When a Goblin Strike Team/Goblin Attack Force has only 100 attack points less then a 2 sacrifice monster, something is wrong...

Fusion monsters are horrifically bad when they have no effects to pump them up.  Both fusion monsters that the REBD is included in are very outdated and are no longer competitivly strong.

And if you think for a second that Red Eyes Metal Dragon is useful, then your completly wrong.  Even that horrifically slow monster is 200 less attack points then the Blue Eyes White Dragon, and doesnt even have the Metal Conversion- Magic Reflex Armor/Metalmorph's effect.

1/10- There is never a point in which a person would need this.  One Blue Eyes White Dragon easily replaces this monster.  One Emerald Dragon/Luster Dragon #2 is equal attack points with this monster... face it, the Red Eyes seems good... until you learn how NOT to suck.  Worst card in the game in my opinion, next to Necros Exodia/Exodia Necross.
