Quick-Kill Assassin/Dark Assailant
Dark/Demon(Fiend)/4/2000/2000
Reduce
this monster's attack and defense strengths by 400 for each card in your hand.
Pros
-One of the first low-level 2000 attack monsters
in Yugioh history
Cons
-Bad hand management
-With even ONE card in your
hand, it's attack points become 1600... which is bad...
Ok, this old, weird, upside-down... um... guy is my newest card review.
This guy has an easy effect to figure out.
Depending on the amount of cards in your hand, Assassin can have 2000, 1600,
1200, 800, 400, or 0 attack points.
Now, automatically, you look at this freak and you assume its bad 90% of the
time, and only good for those 10% top decking situations.
Well, when you top deck Blade Knight, you get a 2000 attack monster with anti-reverse/flip
effect attacks. When you top deck this monster, you get a .... well..... 2000 monster.
I see this card as a COMMON version of what Blade Knight is. Blade Knight,
an extremely expensive card... Quick-Kill Assassin, a $0.25 card.
Now, i know this card has little defensive properties, but I can see the same
for Blade Knight now can't I?
A weird demon monster that shows its age, but you have to admit that when
you draw this after a Chaos Emperor Dragon sweep, its nice.
Then again, I would personally prefer Berserk Gorilla...
4/10- I can tell you right now that this card is VERY situational
to be powerful, but when you get that specific opportunity, it gives your opponent one heck of a hill to climb.
