Pros:
-A FOUR star with an attack blazing at 2400 XDDD
-Effective for rushes

 

Cons:
-Can't be normal summoned...which leads to...
-Promotes top-decking

 

This is a relatively new card released at the YGO World Championship in LA. It was released in the Exclusive Movie Pack while in Japan the PP7. I personally see plenty of potential in this card. I sometimes think Konami might be getting more and more sloppy lately in making cards sometimes...

 

The effect of this card is merely a drawback to compensate for the high attack of this 4 star monster. Some may ask, "HOW THE HELL DO I USE IT IF I CAN'T SUMMON IT FROM MY HAND?!".  Simple. It can still be special summoned. The best use is with Troop Commander since you may summon a LVL 4 or less monster when he hits the field. There you go, a monster that goes head to head a Psycho Shocker. And you didn't even have to sacrifice.

Another possibilty is to use it with Familiar Knight...(like Kaiba in the movie lol)

 

Disadvantages...hmmm...it's a dead card when you don't have something to special summon it. It's a pain in the ass to have dead cards and it can possibly cost you the duel if you top-deck this without something to special summon it. A good replacement if your seeking a 2000+ monster to rush with is THE Tricky in the LE6 Yugi pack. 

 

6.5/10- Although an excellent rusher, misuse of it will cost you many duels...I would say this is definitely a card that deserves some thought when putting in a rush deck...otherwise, just stay away from it.
