MAGIC EFFECT ARROW
Instant Magic
Destroy all face-up Magic cards on the Field controlled by your
opponent.  Do 500 points of damage to your opponent for each
Magic card destroyed in this way.

Pros:
-Excellent Burner counter
-Burns burners XDDD lol
-Good for replacing Cyclone in some cases...

Cons:
-Only affects face-up magic on opponents

This is a card that was first shown in the anime during the Duelist Kingdom arc. Theeffect in real life has absolutely no similarities to the one in the show however. Released as a promo, not many people own these. I personally have fun with this card against burners. I like its capability of taking revenge on the opponent.

Magic Effect Arrow is a mass magic removal card that isn't talked about much, however its effect can lay waste to burner decks. You can simply set it on your turn and wait. Once the burner deck victim thinks that his 3 Cursed Masks and Level B Restriction Zone will win him the duel you can punish him before you even take the pain of the 1500 burn. Just activate it when he passes his priorities of his turn and destroy all of his precious burner arsenal. In the process, you can fight fire with fire and give him the burn of 500 for each magic card you destroyed. With his protection down you can then give him more pain with your monsters, etc.

Being able to destroy the unknown is a bit of a thing that magic/trap removal in my opinion should have. This card lacks that ability and therefore it can't be the perfect replacement for the restricted Cyclones. Top-decking is very possible...If the opponent doesn't rely on continuous magic/equipment magic then this card can't help you other than burn your opponent for a grand total of 500 when he plays normal magic lol.(Not sure about this, (From Zero)- Normal Magic, when played, stays on the field for it's activation, but "destroying" it while it's activating does not negate it.  Example: playing Cyclone on Pot of Greed) (From me, responding to Zero)- The opponent would probably take the 500 burn from normal magic then.

7/10- Why so high?  Well after the 9/1 bannings burner decks are quite powerful...Packing these will allow you to crush their tools and take revenge by burning them back. XD
